Due to the nature of our inventory, which includes a mix of new, surplus, overstock, and used items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Item Condition

Items may be:

  • Brand new

  • Overstock or surplus

  • Open-box

  • Used or pre-owned

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Variations in packaging or cosmetic condition

  • Missing accessories unless stated in the listing

  • Functionality issues consistent with surplus or used goods

It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all product descriptions, photos, and details prior to purchase.

Shipping & Handling

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Any damage that occurs during shipping must be reported directly to the carrier and handled through their claims process.
